| 2. Are there any additional costs that will be added to my purchase? |

For U.S. residents, sales tax and a handling fee of $6.00 will be added to all orders. If you have chosen the C.O.D. (Collection on Delivery) form of payment, an additional fee of $7.50 will be added to your order. For Canada residents, sales tax and a handling fee of $7.00 will be added to all orders. Canada residents who chose the C.O.D. payment option will be charged an additional $7.00 C.O.D. fee. |

Growing Family understands the importance of your family's safety. All orders and personal information are protected and secured with encryption and the use of a VeriSign site certificate. You can feel confident that your order information can only be read by a Growing Family representative. |

Your Account Number or Customer number can be found on both the Growing Family First Foto order form given to you in the hospital, as well as on the shipping document you receive with your package. |

Due to the volume of orders we receive on a daily basis, it is not always possible to change an order once it has been placed. In order to make any changes, please contact the Growing Family Customer Service Department at 1-800-433-0855 and a representative will make every effort to assist you. |

| 7. Why was I charged tax on the C.O.D. and handling fees? |

Both the handling and C.O.D. fees represent services rendered by Growing Family First Foto. Both are subject to local sales tax. |

 |
Typically, we do not provide a proof sheet. Many hospitals have a preview screen on the camera from which you can select your favorite photo. Your satisfaction is important to us, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the Growing Family Customer Service Department at 1-800-433-0855. |

If you are not in a hospital that allows you to preview the baby's photo, our trained technicians will review each pose and select the best pose. Each technician is provided a list of criteria to help them select the best photo. |

| 10. My baby's eyes were closed in the photo, are there any photos with my baby's eyes open? |

If you received a photo with the baby's eyes closed that would indicate we do not have a photo with the baby's eyes open or the photo with the eyes open is damaged or unprintable. |

Your baby's photo will be stored for one year to allow for additional orders. |

12. How do I return my photos for a refund? |

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 433-0855 within 10 days of receiving your package. (Sorry, handling and C.O.D. fees are not refundable.) |

As noted on this product page, photos are not included with the Girl and Boy Ribbons birth announcements. If you need to purchase additional photos, please contact the Growing Family Telesales Department at 1-800-325-3550. |

| 14. Can I have my C.O.D package resent? |
 |
Unfortunately, we can only send an original order C.O.D. If you wish to have the
order resent, you will need to prepay with a credit card by phone or forward your
payment via check or money order, along with your Account Number:
