In support of this ongoing commitment to helping new families, the company has created the Growing FamilySM Foundation, a not-for-profit organization assisting families in need. The goal of the Foundation is to provide financial gifts to families in need in North America who have experienced recent births. The grants are intended to assist new parents by helping to alleviate some of the financial pressure a new baby brings. The Growing FamilySM Foundation will distribute grants from funds donated by Growing Family SM and its employees. Grants are based on individual need and amount of available funding. Most grants are in the $50-$250 range and are limited to one grant per family for a birth within the last year. The Growing FamilySM Foundation is dedicated to helping families in need by providing grants to new parents to assist with the costs of their growing family. Any doctor, nurse, or other professional healthcare provider can nominate a family in need by completing our application and submitting to the Growing FamilySM Foundation, Inc. The Growing FamilySM Foundation Selection Committee and Board of Directors will review grant applications on a monthly basis. Selections will be based upon a number of criteria that focus on the care of the baby.
